Så hvis man vil vide mere om emnet kan man google “blue zones” i stedet.
De er dog under angreb fra amerikansk mad-“kultur”:

“The arrival of fast food chains like McDonald’s and Pizza Hut in Blue Zones leads to the decline in longevity and the adoption of unhealthy eating habits. Okinawa, once a Blue Zone, has now become one of the least healthy places in Japan due to the influence of junk food and modernization. The American way of living and modernization have resulted in the erosion of the health of these regions, despite some individuals striving to preserve the traditional lifestyle.”
